The machine is used to make calcium carbonate blackboardchalk.The calcium carbonate blackboard chalk is also called dustlesschalk which produces a clean smooth line on   naturalslate and other similarly surfaced chalkboards. It's softer than the regular gypsum chalk.

1)The dustless actually means less dust it's named for the calciumcarbonate granule    scratched off from the chalk has larger gravity it falls down directly other than flying in airrandomly.  Standard chalk Stick size: 8mm and 10mm in diameter.
