Double Room Vacuum Fryer
Introduction:
1. Double room has two cans up and down, ensures lower oil, water content. The integrated design of frying, de-oiling, dehydration and oil filtration is accomplished continuously under vacuum,which food processing can reduce or even avoid oxidation. Under negative pressure, oil as the heat transfer medium, the water inside the food will evaporate and be sprayed out sharply, to make the tissue form a loose porous structure.
2.Vacuum frying is the frying and dehydrating of food at low temperature (80 ~ 120 ℃), which can effectively reduce the damage to the nutrition of food in high temperature.
3.Vacuum fried oil has a unique effect. Vacuum frying machine is mainly used in: ① fruits: apple, kiwi, banana, pineapple, persimmons, strawberries, grapes, peaches, pears; ② vegetables: tomatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, mushrooms, garlic, Green peppers, squash, onions, etc .; ③ dried fruits: jujube, peanut, etc .; ④ aquatic products and livestock and poultry meat.
4.Low-temperature vacuum frying can prevent edible oil deterioration, without other antioxidants, can increase the oil recycling rate, reduce costs. The general oil content of fried foods is up to 40% to 50%, while the vacuum fried foods is up to 10% -20%, saving 30% -40%. Fried food is crisp but not greasy, has good storage performance.
